On-site callout

We can come to visit you at home or at work for very reasonable rates in a wide catchment area.

From our base in Amblecote, Stourbridge, we have attended call-outs as far west as Bridgenorth, as far south as Kidderminister, as far north as Wolverhampton and as far east as West Bromwich.

Our call-out service is primarily for installation or diagnosing of wireless routers and networks, however we can also diagnose simple PC faults such as non-working printers, beeping machines and selected Windows issues.

Looking at an overhead map, our catchment area lies south of the eastbound A454 Bridgnorth to Wolverhampton Road to the M6 Junction 10, east of the soundbound A442 between Bridgenorth and Kidderminister, north of the A448 Bromsgrove/Kidderminister Road to where it goes under the M5 motorway, and west of the M5 motorway from Junction 4a northwards to the M6 junction 10.

The majority of our call-outs are done locally and cost between £20 and £45 plus the cost of any hardware that you need. Contact Us to book a callout.

Please note that there are certain aspects of our service that we are unable to do on site. These are Windows Repairs, Health Checks and major system upgrades. In these situations we will return the computer to our workshop, complete the work and arrange to return the computer at a time to suit you.

All callouts are offered on a first-come-first-served basis between the hours of 9am and 5:30pm Monday through Saturday and are subject to technician availability. We will try to fit you in at a time best to suit you but this is not guaranteed. Payment methods on-site are cash or cheque only.
